Unfortunately Safedisc may sometimes cause compatibility issues on certain systems. In order to help in trying to troubleshoot such problems, we are listing certain software that may cause potential problems. Whether or not a piece software may cause problems depends a bit on which version of the copy protection is included in the product you have installed.
1. Emulation Software
Safedisc may not run properly if you have one of the the following CD/DVD emulation software installed:
-

-
Nero Image Drive
-
Phantom CD
-

-

-

2. Kernel Debuggers
In addition ot the above, if you have what is called a "kernel debugger" (a very low level debugger, often used by crackers) installed on your system Safedisc may not run on your machine:
-
All versions of the Softice Kernel level debugger.
