To get the DirectX Diagnostics (dxdiag) results, do the following:

• Click the Start menu.
• Click "Run..."
• Type "dxdiag" without the quotes and press enter.
• Click "Save All Information.."
• Save the file somewhere.
• Open this file in Notepad.
• Click the Notepad "Edit" menu, then "Select All" (or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+A).
• Click the "Edit" menu again, then "Copy" (or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+C).
• Post a new post or a reply to your community forum thread and paste the results to this post (browser "Edit" menu, then "Paste", or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V).
