Do you get the message "CD/DVD emulation software has been detected. Please disable all CD/DVD emulation software and re-start the game." - or something similar? It seems that the copy protection we employ have issues with certain emulation software (and possibly burning/writing software) installed and running.

Please turn off any emulation software that is running and try to run the game. That should do the trick, but if it doesn't work, try to uninstall the emulation software and try to run the game.

If you are unsure about how to turn off emulation settings, consult your emulation program help files.
