TROUBLESHOOT: Error "Please eject and re-insert the CD-ROM"

Applies to FM 2005, NHL EHM, NHL EHM 2005, FM 2006,

In some cases it seems some issues with the copy protection we use, SafeDisk, can cause you get the following error when you try to run the game: "lease eject and re-insert the CD-ROM, select OK and restart application"

First of all, check the cd is clean and is not damaged.  Second check the cd-drive works fine with other software and indeed audio cd’s.
