We are pleased to announce that we have now made available a patch for NHL Eastside Hockey Manager v1.0.1. This patch corrects a number of issues that you have been reporting on the forums in the past few weeks as well as an updated database. We suggest that in order to get the best performance you start a new game (although this is not essential).

• Fixed bug where pundit.cfg wasn't picked up properly, so custom media source names were not used
• Fixed bug where the same player was mentioned twice in a scouting report about the next opponent
• Fixed an error message that was a result of huge trade offers involving tens of players
• Fixed a problem that might cause old news items to change when players rights expired or are traded

• Fixed sorting of player contract details in team screen for national sides
• Fixed the titlebar colors in draft screens to use the related comp colors
• Fixed the wrapping of the subtitle in draft ranking screens
• Fixed bug on comp screens where the game settings for score displays wasn't used
• Fixed crash when using "Change Bid" menu item in staff screens
• Added the missing attributes view for personnel screen

• Fixed maximum 1 week fine rule for NHL
• Fixed a rare crash on the Mac when trying to access the non-player profile screen (only for NHL contracted staff)

• Fixed bug where the wrong team occasionally got the home advantage in NHL Stanley Cup finals
• Fixed foreign/non-EU players limits for Swedish teams
• Corrected Finnish Elite League number of regular season games
• Fixed rare bug where Swedish Elitserien played incorrect number of regular season games
• Fixed salary caps for UK leagues
• Corrected the overtime/shootout points awarded in European Hockey Tour games

Other

• Fixed a bug with the network game not refreshing the screen on some players in certain cases when a new player joined in
• Fixed bug where GM vacation options (return at next match/Head Coach controls games) were ignored with multiple humans
• Fixed some French strings, and fixed some problems with French grammar due to the team names being the town names in French, instead of the nicknames.
• Fixed trade delays
