Position Overview

Sports Interactive are looking for passionate character artists to join them working on the Football Manager series.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for creating character art usable in game. You will work closely with the team and learn to work within time constraints whilst surpassing quality benchmarks. You will implement feedback as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience


  • A portfolio showcasing both high res sculpts as well as game-ready meshes
  • Working knowledge of 3DS Max, Maya or similar
  • Working knowledge of Zbrush or Mudbox
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with Artists, Designers and Programmers


  • Proficiency with Substance Designer or Substance Painter
  • Working knowledge of Marmoset
  • A passion for realistic styled art
